- Public Relations: The CCA retains a PR firm out of Hartford to use when the need arises.
- Regular Events & Meetings: Annual General Membership Meeting: Mini Expo/Golf Invitational/Holiday Gathering.
- CCA Report: A monthly update to the membership on CCA board activities and issues facing the association.
- Northeast Carwasher: Participation in the Northeast Carwasher Magazine: a quarterly publication that targets East Coast operators and includes information from six regional associations including the CCA.
- Annual Membership Directory: This directory is published by the Northeast Regional Carwash Convention Committee in conjunction with the Connecticut Carwash Association. This guide includes information on members of the NYSCWA, CCA, NECA and CWONJ in addition to listing manufacturers/distributors.
- Northeast Regional Carwash Board Representation: This group puts together an annual exhibition of educational seminars and equipment exhibits: the 2005 show is October 17-19 in Atlantic City, NJ, and is hosted by the Car Wash Operators of New Jersey.
- Experienced Board of Directors: These dedicated individuals meet each month except for December, June and August, on behalf of their membership.
- Professional Management.
