The Rell administration is now projecting a state deficit of $921.7 million, based on plunging state revenues.
Gov. M. Jodi Rell announced the new deficit estimate after meeting Monday afternoon with economic advisers at the Greater Hartford Academy for Mathematics and Science.
"It is grim and it is getting grimmer," Rell said.
