HARTFORD, CT – Connecticut Carwash Association President Todd Whitehouse presented 20,000 signatures from loyal carwash customers on Monday to the Governor’s office in support of the continued repeal of a tax on carwash services. Whitehouse and many operators across the state have been collecting these signatures over the last several weeks.
According to P.J. Cimini of Capitol Strategies, the association’s lobbyist, committee action is expected on Thursday, April 21.
