A group from the CCA met with Finance Committee representatives Senator Eileen Daily and Representative Patricia Widlitz on Thursday, March 24, at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford. According to CCA President Todd Whitehouse, the meeting was productive and well received. “I think it went very well and was a positive meeting,” recounted Whitehouse. “We again brought a coin box to demonstrate to the legislators that collecting tax at the self serves is impossible.”
