Advanced Members Directory Help

In keeping with its mission statement of providing car wash operators, vendors and manufacturers with valuable support and service benefits, the CCA has recently implemented a new Advanced Members Directory listing service.

Powered by the Carwash Network, it has been designed & developed to provide your business with the best possible exposure on the Internet. But because this service is so new, your listing may not reflect that you are an CCA Member or some information may be outdated or incorrect.

In order to ensure your business listing is accurate and up to date, we've made it easy for you to manage your listing by providing web based listing management tools. You you can access these tools (and other member-only services) from your "Members Account Homepage". Please use the form on the left side of the website where you can sign in and manage your directory listing.

Note: You must sign in with your email address and password to access these services.

  • I have an account on the CCA website but have forgotten my password. How do I get this information so that I can sign in and manage my listing?
    Not a problem...click here to retrieve your password. Note that this will reset your old password with a new/random password. You can change this password to whatever you would like from your Members Homepage
  • I don't know if I have an account on the CCA website. How do I find out if I have an account and how do I get the necessary information to sign in?
    If you are an CCA Member, your account has already been added to the system. Your account "Username" is based upon the email address that you have provided to the CCA. All you would have to do is click here to retrieve your password. Your password will be sent via email to the address you have provided.
  • I tried to retrieve my password by entering my email address in the form as instructed but it keeps telling me the "Email Not Found". What do I do next?
    As we try to ensure your business information is accurate and up to date within our system, it is possible that we may have not had your email address on file.

    During the launch of this new service, we are working closely with Citadelnetworks, Inc., the developers of the Advanced Members Directory, to ensure all information entered into the system is accurate and all is performing to its highest levels.

  • I see that my business is listed in the directory but am currently not a member of the CCA. How do I manage my listing?
    As always, we hope that you might join us and become a member of the CCA! If this is currently not a option you can manage your listing by visiting http://www.carwashnetwork.net.

    • Do a search for your business listing
    • From there and click on the link that says "Enhance or edit your listing".
    • This will take you to a registration page where you can create a Carwash Network account
    • Once you have created your account, you can edit the properties of your listing. Registration on the Carwash Network is free.

Should you choose to become an CCA Member at a later date, you can always "link" or "associate" your CCA website account with your Carwash Network account. This gives you the added benefit of managing your business listing from either the CCA website or the Carwash Network website!
